The Agile Working Survey is a major survey that is investigating the links between personality and new ways of working and their impact on job satisfaction and performance.
The survey was initiated by enei (The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion), is sponsored by Santander and DWF and involves employees of Birmingham City Council, Department of Work and Pensions, Ministry of Justice, NHS Employers, DWF and Santander.
The survey is being conducted by JEC Professional Services .
